So much help available to get you through your course.
Whatever your level of study, Bedford College Libraries and Learning Resource Centres offer a friendly and versatile service to cater for all your learning needs.
In addition to dedicated quiet spaces, PCs (some with specialist software installed), laptops and specialist equipment to support your studies, you have access to resources from across eight libraries, and a wealth of specialist academic online resources. The libraries also offer a range of academic support. Please visit the ‘Study Skills’ page for more details.
All of our online resources, including the Heritage library catalogue can be accessed via the Moodle LRC pages. You can reserve, arrange an internal transfer, or self-renew (up to three times) many items from our physical library stock; explore hundreds of thousands of eBooks; and search and browse millions of journals and research papers. Further resources to support your studies can also be found in our ever-expanding online database.
If you are unable to locate the resources that you need, or experience issues with access, please contact the library team who will be pleased to help you.
In addition to supporting your studies, a wide range of fiction is available both in the libraries and online. Bedford College Library also hosts a weekly book club and a mindfulness craft club (details below). If you would like to take part or find out more, please email library@bedford.ac.uk. We warmly welcome new members and hope to see you soon!
